The Aesthetic Craft is a personal space for building a life with intention.
I’m an esthetician, a creator, and someone in the process of shifting away from years of high-output, physically demanding work toward something more sustainable — for my body, my nervous system, and my future.
For a long time, my life was defined by pushing. Long hours, multiple jobs, constant movement, and the belief that rest had to be earned. Eventually, my body made it clear that this pace wasn’t sustainable.
This space exists as a response to that realization.
Here, I write about beauty and skin through a trained, thoughtful lens — but also about land, building small structures, rural logistics, and what it means to create a life that works with the body instead of against it.
At the center of everything is a philosophy I call Regulated Living:
a way of approaching work, creativity, and daily life with respect for capacity, energy, and long-term well-being.
The Aesthetic Craft isn’t about perfection or hustle. It’s about craftsmanship — in how we care for our skin, how we build our environments, and how we pace ourselves through change.
This is a living project. It will evolve as I do.
If you’re interested in thoughtful beauty, grounded living, and building something slowly and intentionally, you’re in the right place.
